Making your booking
Once you have made a booking you will received an email with all your, dates and payment details and a site map, you can reply to this email at anytime with the reply button built in, where you can ask any questions. Note: Once a deposit is recieved this is your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.
Are you a licensed for ceremonies?
No - Pitch 21 - Celebration Venue can hold blessings and the renewal of vows, but not
the legal ceremony You will first need to do this in a church or registery office.
Do you have a wedding co-ordinator?

WEDDINGS and OTHER PARTIES
Is the venue available for exclusive use?
Yes - we only offer exclusive use for you and your party.
Is there in-house catering?
Yes - we offer Adult Hot and Cold Buffets, or Afternoon Tea from our in house kitchen.
We also work closely with outside caterers for Roasts, BBQs and 3 course meals served by staff. You are also welcome to use your own outside catering if required, ( a small charge applies on your PDF) you will also need to bring your own paper plates, cutlery and napkins.
How many guests can you cater for, for sit down dining?
70 including a head table
What is the minimum and maximum amount of guests can I have for my party.
Minimum is 30 guests - max is 110 (seated 70) (40 standing) with a dance floor (extra seating for 25 is available in the outdoor terrace for
eating (weather permitting)
Do you have a licensed bar.
Yes - usage is included in the hire charge of the venue. Our alcohol and soft drinks
prices are matched from Kings Head in Hedon.
Can we supply our own drinks and alcohol?
No - only table wine is permitted with a corkage fee stated on your PDF per bottle and only on one occasion for eg welcome drinks or toasts.
What time does the bar open and close?
We provide trained bar staff from your time of arrival until departure.
Can we have candles?
Yes.
Is entertainment allowed?
Yes. Including in your Venue hire is our free in house music/mic and lighting system,
fixed party decorations and TVs for photos. You are able to book your own personal DJ or band/singer and we can provide recommendations if you wish. Please note,
entertainers must cease by 11:30pm and DJs must cease by midnight.
Is there an additional charge for early access to Pitch 21?
No - The hire price you pay allows you access Pitch 21 (For Wedding Packages all day
and night hire is from 9am)
For Afternoon parties only (12 till 5pm) access is from 10am and 1 hour after to set
down.
For Night parties(7pm till midnight) set up time is from 5pm and 1 hour after to set
down.
This is to enable you to provide access for any suppliers and carry out any decorating
you wish to do and set up your slide show and music with our in house ents manager.
Can cars be left overnight?
Yes. All cars must leave the property by 11am then next day. We take no responsibility for any damage or theft whilst parked in the property.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes - it's right outside the reception and sign posted, all other visitors must use the main car park.
Is there ample parking and is there a coach drop off point?
Yes - we ofter a car park plus an overflow section with a coach or mini bus drop off point.
Can we have fireworks?
No - we do not allow fireworks due to our rural setting and wildlife. Sparklers are
allowed.
Can photographers or any other suppliers I book view the venue before the date of my booking? Is this bookable/chargeable?
Yes - they are welcome to come and view the venue and grounds at a time and day
suitable to everyone involved and there is no charge.
Is the venue insured?
Yes - We have all the necessary insurance policies.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes - Well behaved non-dangerous dogs are allowed on the premises and some of the holiday lets, but must be kept on a lead at all times other than in a holiday let.
Are children allowed in Pitch 21 venue and holiday accommodation ?
Yes - Children are allowed in the venue and to stay over night in certain holiday lets and must be supervised by an adult at all times. The campsite camping pitches and grounds is adults only. Note: If your party has exclusively booked the whole of the camping pond side field, then children are permitted to enter only that area with no roaming to other parts of the campsite or the camping WCs. No ball games, bikes or scooters permitted.
Do you allow bouncy castles or any other inflatables?
No bouncy castles or any other inflatables are not allowed in the premises or any where in the grounds
